Aicuci8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the aicuci8 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and aicuci8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the aicuci8 platform immediately and contact us to close your account if applicable.

Aicuci8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the aicuci8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Are not located in or playing from a jurisdiction or country where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Have not previously been banned or restricted by aicuci8.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party for gambling purposes or channelling third-party funds.

Aicuci8 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings obtained while verification is still pending may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) aicuci8 account only. This includes accounts registered under different details but belonging to the same individual. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Aicuci8 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your own negligence.
• Please keep your profile information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.
• Aicuci8 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

Account transfers to any other party are strictly prohibited. You may not sell, transfer, or disclose your account to anyone. aicuci8 does not recognise any account claim from any party other than the original registered owner.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on aicuci8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM20. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If your deposit has not been received within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 15–60 minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX to bank accounts may take up to 3 working hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by aicuci8.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Aicuci8 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover/wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Aicuci8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any winnings derived from them if the promotion's terms are found to have been violated.
• Each bonus's validity period is as stated in its respective promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Members found exploiting or abusing the aicuci8 bonus system will have their accounts terminated without compensation.

Aicuci8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes take effect immediately and do not affect bonuses already credited prior to the date of change.

6. Game Rules

Aicuci8 offers a wide range of game categories, including live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), online slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket) and e-sports. All games are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. No appeals regarding game results will be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7. Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As an aicuci8 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud: Providing false information, impersonating another person, or attempting to deceive aicuci8's systems in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the aicuci8 platform to conceal or transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Game Manipulation: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to cheat in Sports Betting.
• Technical Abuse: Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain unauthorised financial advantage.
• System Disruption: Launching cyberattacks, intrusion attempts, or any action that disrupts the normal operation of the aicuci8 platform.
• Spreading False Information: Spreading misleading or defamatory information about aicuci8 to other users.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable. aicuci8 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations relating to financial crimes.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Aicuci8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.
• At the member's own request through the self-exclusion or voluntary closure process.

Any valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks are completed. Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for a balance refund.

9. Liability Limits & Disclaimer
